Low Lunge

Today's video is a tutorial on how to do LOW LUNGE, also known as Anjaneyasana. Low Lunge is a great posture because it's easy enough to where most people can achieve the posture without problems, but it's challenging in a way that tests your balance and flexibility. Low lunge helps to loosen up muscles such as the hamstrings, quads, hips, and groin. It can also help to strengthen your knees and increase focus because of the balancing challenges it lends itself to. I like to incorporate Low Lunge into my practices often, you know this is you practice my videos regularly. It's a great transition pose from kneeling to standing and vice-versa.
