Today's video is another YOGA POSE TUTORIAL and today we are focusing on DANCER POSE or NATARAJASANA. Dancer Pose stretches the shoulders, the legs, strengthens the core, increases focus and balance, and more. This video is meant to help teach you how to properly get into this yoga posture so that you can be sure you are getting the full benefits of the pose. Thank you to @unrestrictedyoga (on Instagram) for requesting this tutorial, it was a pose I hadn't done yet and I was excited to do a tutorial for it. Be careful while doing these balance poses because things can become a disaster very fast. Practice using a wall to start and then when you get your footing, maybe you can move farther away from the wall with time. I hope you enjoy this tutorial.
