Day 16 Hips and Lower Back Practice

Hey, y'all! Welcome to DAY SIXTEEN of the NEW YEAR NEW YOGI CHALLENGE. This challenge is 31 days of yoga with me, Nico, meant to encourage a beneficial everyday practice. Today's video is a 20 minute HIPS & LOWER BACK OPENING practice. This practice is simply meant to help you gain flexibility in your hips & back. Hips can be fragile at times so be sure to listen to your body. Modify in whatever ways you need to. If something is painful or doesn't feel right, safely come out of the pose & rest.
